1980, it was established as a non-profit organization founded in 1980; since its inception, the Botanical Garden has inspired people to be connected with the natural world and recognize the importance of plants to our lives. The Botanical Garden is centrally located in the middle of San Antonio, Texas; the Botanical Garden has been nationally acknowledged for its dedication to exceptional displays, botanical diversity and education, environmental stewardship, and cultural events that connect nature and people.


Lightscape (Nov. 19, 2021 – Jan. 2, 2022)

San Antonio’s most recent holiday event, Lightscape, is making its Texas debut. Visitors will be amazed by the magical light show that is which will be set along a gorgeously lit one-mile pathway that winds around the Botanical Garden. These stunning illuminations will delight the senses, and the spectacle will feature unique installations of Texas made by international and local artists. A1 Water & Mold Removal San Antonio

Mean Green Brunch (Dec. 12, 10 a.m. from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.)

Bring your children on a trip to the San Antonio Botanical Garden for an exclusive family-friendly brunch hosted by the mean-looking one – the Grinch. The brunch will include a tasty holiday breakfast, hands-on activities, cuddly-as-a-cactus photo opportunities, and much more. The event includes access to the Botanical Garden. Cash bars will be open to guests over 21 years old.
