A 1,308-acre mixed-use community in the southeast region of San Antonio, Texas, is the Brooks City Base. Villa Finale Museum & Gardens
Also called the Norton-Pol Mathis House is a historical house constructed on the property of Local Merchant Russel C. Norton in 1876. It is a major to the King William Historic District that is included as part of the National Register of Historic Places. The house was rebuilt over two years and was named Villa Finale.
